Decoration, connection and assembly

In addition to the production of individual molded parts, we also carry out the manual or automated assembly and connection of components on specially prepared stands.

We offer modern technologies for the inseparable connection of product components:

Electroplating, chrome plating

We have an automatic plastic electroplating line that started operating in 2014 – one of the most modern in Europe and the most modern in Poland. Our galvanic coating process enables parts and components made of ABS or PC / ABS plastics to be chrome-plated. Laser etching is also possible in order to achieve a “day and night design” effect.

Varnishing, painting

We have a fully automated paint line that enables us to paint with solvents and aqueous paints. After the details of the color line have been added, its surface is cleaned in an ionization chamber. In the painting booth, the elements are coated with the spray method and then brought into the oven, where the applied paint is cured at a certain temperature and time.

Decoration

We offer the decoration of moldings with different decoration methods, depending on the desired aesthetic and functional effects.
